The Lost Legacy Campaign Released, Massive New Mission Pack!
Цитата: The official campaign for The Lost Legacy, arguably Total Annihilation's finest augmentation to date, has been released. Covering the adventures of a small band of brothers searching for survivors from their homeworld, the mission pack takes players from the tranquil world of Humatran, to the moons of Core Prime and back again in a quest to save a decimated people. Having been forcibly inserted into the conflict between the Arm and Core, The Lost Legacy's Commanders need to show intelligence and bravery in the coming battles!
At the start of the campaign, a galactic expedition group returns home after examining a battle ravaged world in another solar system. However, something is notably amiss:
After years of wandering between the furthest stars, the exploratory fleet had returned, laying in orbit around their homeworld, Humatran. Attempts to communicate with the surface were proving fruitless, and scans were not showing any traces of life. Humatran as they had left it was home to a mixture of enlightened races, enjoying the golden years of their civilization.
A Commander was sent to investigate..... We really don't want to tell you any more, since it's a pretty rewarding experience to fight your way through The variety of mission types, from defence, infiltration and theft should keep your Single Player disk spinning for quite a while, with the latter missions being particulalarly enjoyable. The storyline was devised by M3G and the missions themselves were brought to life by the ever-talented Syl from TA Arsenal Network. There are currently two versions of the mission pack available, one in English and another in French, with a German release being planned for the near future.
