По-моему здесь дело не во WSUS-е, а в MMC. Попробуй ее переставить, может поможет.

Немного не понимаю, в чем вопрос - у тебя WSUS 2, а SUS 2, если не ошибаюсь, нет - может, это образно, ведь SUS - это просто предыдущая версия...
PS. У меня со вчерашнего дня проблема - MMC не может подгрузить WSUS. Обибка в логах:
